Q: How do 3N2 products fit size-wise?
A: Individual fit varies based on a multitude of factors that only you, the 3N2 Athlete, can determine. While 3N2 products run true to size, you should consider the variables that make your feet unique and factor that in when considering your 3N2 purchase. If you have sizing questions about specific products, please contact 3N2 via our sizing question form.

Q: I have narrow feet, what does 3N2 suggest to assist in ordering the correct size?
A: Unless otherwise noted on individual product detail pages, our products run true-to-size. We suggest reviewing the width of the preferred 3N2 shoe you are considering purchasing and comparing this to your typical athletic shoe. If the product detail page specifies that the selected 3N2 product is manufactured in a wider width than your typical shoe, we recommend considering sizing down to accommodate the difference in width.

Q: Does 3N2 offer wide sizes?
A: The 3N2 Pro Turf, Momentum, Prospect, Motivate and Reaction are D width shoes, providing a bit more "breathing room" than a standard C width shoe. In addition, there are limited quantities of EE width Reaction and Reaction Pro Plate umpire shoes available for sale. Please contact 3N2 for availability.

Q: For pitchers, what can be done to protect cleats from the wear-and-tear associated with toe drag?
A:
For our 3N2 fastpitch athletes who pitch, 3N2 offers our Accelerate PT with Pitching Toe. This offers a highly abrasion-resistant covering on the toe box of the cleat, which provides long-lasting protection.
For all other products, including our full line of baseball spikes and cleats, 3N2 offers a customized TuffToe protection application for an additional $15.00 per application. This after-market application can be chosen during check-out on our online store or be ordered by calling 3N2 directly at 877-362-1440 or your local 3N2 Sales Representative.
For all 3N2 athletes who pitch, 3N2 strongly encourages purchasing a 3N2 product with a pitching toe or TuffToe application for protection. This will ensure the durability of the product and reduce the propensity of the product to wear down abnormally fast. 3N2 warranty policy does not apply to toe drag wear from normal pitching motion not protected by either a pitching toe product or TuffToe protective application.

Shipping and Fulfillment

Q: How does 3N2 ship?
A: 3N2's preferred shipping method is FedEx. For all APO box orders, 3N2 ships via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Q: When will my order ship?
A: Your shipping time starts when your order is provided to FedEx, not when your order is placed on the 3N2 website.
It can take up to 24-48 hours before FedEx receives your 3N2 order for shipment. For example, if you select FedEx Overnight Shipping, it can take
up to 24-48 hours before your order is shipped overnight, equaling 2-3 days of total time before you receive your order.
3N2 is not open for business on the weekends, and FedEx does not count Saturday and Sunday as shipping days. Therefore, Saturday and Sunday
should not be included when calculating order processing and shipping times. For instance, understanding that it may take 24-48 hours before your
3N2 order is provided to FedEx for shipping, an order submitted on Friday afternoon may not be provided to FedEx for shipping until the following
Tuesday afternoon, at the latest.
Once your order ships, 3N2 will send shipment tracking information to you via the e-mail address you submitted with your purchase. You may also
sign in to your 3N2 account to track your order. Once your order is shipped, a link to FedEx tracking information will appear in your order history.

Q: When can I expect my package to be delivered?
A: The preferred method of shipment for 3N2 orders is via FedEx Ground. Please refer to the map below to determine the number of business days it will take for you to receive your order.
Please note that FedEx does not deliver on weekends unless specifically requested so do not count Saturday or Sunday as a day in the zone chart below. Furthermore, the below transit guide does not account for expedited shipping options you may have selected. The below transit times are based on FedEx Ground service.

Q: I placed an online order. How can I find out order status?
A: Once an order has been scanned for pick-up by FedEx at our shipping facility, FedEx tracking information will be sent via FedEx automated email to the email address you provided 3N2 during online ordering check-out. You may use this tracking information to search for the status of your shipment. In addition, you may check your 3N2 user account for order status.

Q: I just ordered online, will I receive a copy of my receipt for my records?
A: Shortly after placing your online order, you will receive an email from 3N2 Sports providing confirmation of your order and will be emailed a copy of your receipt for your records. If for some reason, you do not receive this order confirmation within 48 hours of your purchase, please contact 3N2.

Q: I placed an order through 3N2's toll-free number, how do I track a package?
A: When you place your order with our customer service representative over the phone, please ensure you provide your email address to our associate. Tracking information will be sent to your email address.

Q: I want to return my 3N2 product for credit, what is 3N2's Return Policy?
A: 3N2 will accept unused product for 30 days. Product must be returned in the original box with original or copy proof of purchase. Please contact 3N2 for a Return Authorization (RA#). The RA# must be clearly marked on the outside of box. Merchandise returned without an RA# will be refused. All Returns must be shipped to:

3N2 assumes no liability for loss or damage of returned packages. 3N2 recommends insuring your return package with tracking via your preferred courier service. 3N2 reserves the right to refuse any return that has evidence of use or alterations (such as screen printing or embroidery) by customer. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments. Returns are subject to 10% restocking fee.
Upon receipt and inspection of the product, credit will be processed against the credit card used for the purchase. If you paid by money order, we will mail you a refund. Please allow 10 business days after our receipt for processing your credit or mailing your refund. In some rare occurrences, it may take up to 30 days for this credit/refund to be applied to your credit card due to third party credit card processing that is not under the control of 3N2 administrators.

Q: I ordered the wrong size, what is 3N2's Exchange Policy?
A: 3N2 will gladly exchange unused products for 30 days. Please contact 3N2 for a Return Authorization (RA#) and provide a reason for exchange. A 3N2 Customer Service Agent will coordinate with you to determine what item will be sent in exchange for the returned item. The RA# must be clearly marked on the outside of box. Merchandise returned without a RA# will be refused. All returns must be shipped to:

3N2 assumes no liability for loss or damage of returned packages. 3N2 recommends insuring return package with tracking via your preferred courier service. Once item is received by 3N2, the new item will be shipped to customer. 3N2 reserves the right to refuse any return that has evidence of use or alterations (such as screen printing or embroidery) by customer. All returns/exchanges must be unused and in “like new” condition as when shipped. Additionally, all hangtags and other product inclusions attached to 3N2 product must be on product. We understand that you must try 3N2 products to gauge fit and feel. However, we strongly encourage this be done on a clean, indoor surface that does not produce any visible wear on the product or create an environment that would dirty the outsole of a footwear product. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments.

Q: What is 3N2's Warranty Policy?
A: 3N2 offers a 60-day manufacturer warranty against manufacturer defect. If a defect occurs on your 3N2 product, Please contact 3N2 for a Return Authorization (RA#) and provide a reason for the Warranty Replacement. Once you receive your RA#, product must be returned to 3N2 with the RA# clearly marked on outside of box for inspection by 3N2. All Warranty Returns shall be shipped to:

Manufacturer's warranty begins from date of shipment.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Warranty does not apply to toe drag wear from normal pitching motion or damage caused by unreasonable use, abuse, or alterations.

Q: Does 3N2's Warranty Policy apply for closeout or clearance products?
A: All 3N2 closeout and clearance product sales are final and not covered under our manufacturer warranty policy. As closeout products, 3N2 cannot guarantee availability of warranty replacement products. However, all closeout purchases are eligible for our return policy, subject to availability.
